Emotional Freedom Techniques

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or tapping) often referred to as psychological acupressure is a gentle energy psychology technique that often helps when nothing else will. Meridian points on the head and upper body are tapped on by the fingers to release negative energy in the form of emotions or physical feelings.

EFT appears to affect structures in the brain involved in our stress response, the amygdala (emotional centre) and the hippocampus (memory centre), which go into action if you perceive something is a threat. It can be used for almost any problem, creating calm and relief quickly. Children, adults and pets can gain benefits from using it.

It's a practical tool, with the basic EFT repeatable process only taking about 20 to 30 seconds. EFT's ease of use with everyone means it can be a valuable and portable tool to use throughout life.

Matrix Reimprinting

Matrix Reimprinting is an energy healing technique derived from EFT (aka tapping) that changes your relationship with your past. It allows you to safely and gently access your subconscious to find and release your emotions at that time, and to explore your core beliefs and positively change them.

At a conscious level you may not be aware of what they are, or even realise how they are influencing you now, however your subconscious knows. When the emotional distress within the memory is resolved by releasing it energetically from your younger self, then a new positive memory can be created and reimprinted so that often the new memory has replaced the original memory, resulting in transformation physiologically and emotionally.

Important Note

Though EFT and Matrix Reimprinting have produced outstanding results, with widening research to support them, they must still be considered to be in the experimental stage and therefore the general public need to take full responsibility for their use of them.
